Arish Bioworks is developing a vertically integrated, export-oriented facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It will turn legally cultivated industrial hemp into high-purity CBD isolate (targeting around 99%) for international B2B buyers.

Regulatory framework
Built on Pakistan's new cannabis law
Pakistan's Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA) Act, 2024 created a federal authority to license the cultivation, extraction, manufacture and export of cannabis and hemp for medicinal and industrial use. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cannabis Rules, 2025 were the first provincial rules adopted under that Act.
Licences are issued separately for each activity, and Arish Bioworks is applying for the ones its operations require.
Status: in the licensing stage. We do not cultivate, process or sell cannabis or hemp products until the relevant licences have been granted.
